My Story
I suppose you are wondering who I am and why I am writing this blog.? I am writing this blog to give a few overviews and reports on internet marketing.
After suddenly and unexpectedly losing my job at the university a year or so ago, I realized that I had to look for other options to make a living.
I tell you this because I can empathize with the mental fog that descends when the rug is pulled out from under your feet. The mental paralysis and the inability to believe what has happened and to react.
Internet was not really a choice but it seemed the only viable option, the economic crisis being what it is.
As irony would have it, I taught in an Advertising and Advanced Degree in Strategic Design (which was just another fancy word for advertising.)
I guess my fascination began then, although not really in any practical sort of way.
What I did learn about advertising on the web, is that at some point, you just have to dive in and DO IT. You must stop thinking it is a good idea and observing other people who have done it. You have to just get in there and get your feet wet.
I promise you, that if you are consistent, and are willing to release any “get rich overnight “ notions, you will succeed. You will do it.
This blog is not only about reviewing and discussing online marketing. It is also about success and the mind set of success.
It is about sharing and learning together. Lets enjoy the journey!
